Bk999's Terms & Conditions – Fully in English

Bk999 (hereinafter referred to as the "platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of bk999's website, mobile application, and all related services.

Bk999 never charges any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bk999 is not responsible.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from bk999:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply, depending on your account level and KYC status.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact the support team.

Bk999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• Bk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, bk999's decision shall be considered final.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bk999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bk999 offers a specific cash-out option.
• If any match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error may be considered void.
• Any attempt to benefit from match fixing or other irregular means will result in account termination.
• Bk999 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• In live betting, network latency may cause slight differences in bet acceptance timing.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.

Bk999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to respond to KYC verification requests or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If you wish to dispute an account closure, please contact support@bk999.life. Our team will review your case within 72 hours. Any verified balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be refunded, though bonus balances are non-refundable.
